Dr. Frank Klene
Owner, Physical Therapist, and Personal Trainer

Dr. Frank Klene is a licensed physical therapist. In addition to his Doctorate in physical therapy, Dr. Klene is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has co-authored several research studies, including a publication in the Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy. While Dr. Klene treats a variety of patients and diagnoses, he holds a special interest in spine and sport rehabilitation, as he has personally battled with pain throughout his adult life requiring three spinal surgeries. His experience has helped him develop an intimate and empathic perspective when treating patients. Dr. Klene enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons and loves to fish and hunt.

Kurt Bonner
Clinical Director, Physical Therapist

Dr. Kurt Bonner is a licensed physical therapist from Indiana University. He has been treating orthopedic and neurological diagnosis since receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Kurt has practiced in multiple settings with his primary role in outpatient physical therapy. Although he enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, Kurt is certified in concussion practices through ImPACT and has completed several courses for vestibular and concussion assessment/treatment. Kurt's life goal is to create a positive environment for people to grow together in health and wellness. Kurt is married to his wife Coutney and has two kids, Kaelyn and Kaiser. He enjoys spending time with his family and experiencing new adventures. Kurt is a lifelong learner and enjoys listening to self-development book.

Amy Klooster
Physical Therapist, Certified Fitness Specialist

In April 2017, IROC welcomed Amy Klooster, a licensed Physical Therapist and graduate of the Indiana University School of Physical Therapy into the practice. Amy is a seasoned PT and comes to us with over 20 years of physical therapy experience including the areas of acute and inpatient care, neurological PT, skilled nursing, outpatient sports medicine, and private practice. Amy is passionate about giving back to the community and has served on the boards of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Hooverwood Nursing Home, and Advocates Home Healthcare. She has been actively involved with the Eskenazi/ Pecar Health Center, the Christamore House Guild, and Brooke's Place. Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, John, their two daughters, Brittany and Danielle, and their dog, Romeo. She also enjoys waterskiing, boating, tennis, golf, yoga, walking, and reading.

Dr. Matt Davis

Dr. Matt Davis
Physical Therapist

Matt graduated from Indiana University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He then pursued his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Mount Union, graduating in May 2023. During his doctoral program, Matt completed three clinical rotations, gaining experience in treating a wide range of conditions, including chronic and acute pain, degenerative diseases, sports injuries in high school athletes, and geriatric care. He also worked with patients on vestibular system evaluations, treating vertigo, and addressing general deconditioning.

Matt is passionate about continuing his education, particularly in the treatment of spine-related issues. He is actively pursuing advanced training in McKenzie assessments and completed dry needling certifications to further reduce pain and enhance patient outcomes. Dedicated to helping as many people as possible, he conducts thorough evaluations that consider both environmental and personal factors.

In his free time, Matt enjoys camping with family, watching sports, and fishing. He and his wife love hiking through various state parks in Indiana and have a goal to explore national parks across the United States.

Dr. Andrew Pingel
Physical Therapist

Andrew graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2020, and spent several years working primarily with the older adult population before joining the IROC team. He has a passion for delivering high-quality care, and he loves to see his patients improve and grow in confidence and ability. Recently, Andrew has enjoyed taking courses in Zero Balancing manual therapy and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment. He enjoys life with his wife, Hannah, and being active in a variety of ways. He also enjoys singing, playing, and listening to music, and being a foster parent.

Emily Eiteljorg
Physical Therapist

Emily received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Indiana University. She joined the IROC family in 2022 and has multiple years of experience treating orthopedic and neurological diagnoses in the outpatient setting. She is a certified manual physical therapist and has a passion for working with patients of all ages to achieve their goals! Emily grew up on the north side of Indy and now resides in Carmel with her husband David. She enjoys playing with her dog, Divot, playing golf and tennis, and cheering on the Hoosiers.

Staci Einspahr
Practice Manager

Staci is a born and raised Hoosier, and grew up in West Lafayette. Staci graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in 2009 with her certifications in Medical Billing, Coding and Transcription. She has 20 years' experience in the healthcare industry and strives on providing a customer service experience like no other. Staci joined IROC Physical Therapy in 2017, and looks forward to being with the company for years to come. Outside of work, she enjoys being with her husband Cliff, daughters Maci and Lorelai and their Rottweiler Negan. She enjoys reading, cooking, watching college basketball (Boiler Up!!) with her family and attending all the events and activities of her daughters.

Brittany Beasley
Physical Therapist Assistant

Brittany is a recent graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Ivy Tech. She also received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in Psychology in 2014. After graduating, she worked as a rehab technician at an outpatient orthopedic clinic where she realized that it was her strongest and favorite area of physical therapy. She has a passion for educating people on how to make positive changes to their everyday lives through exercise and generally healthy choices. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband, Calvin, at their cabin in southern Indiana or at the apple orchard in Danville that he owns. She also loves hiking with him and their Bernedoodle, Oliver.

John Nguyen
Physical Therapist Assistant

John is a new graduate from the physical therapist assistant program at the University of Saint Francis and has received a Bachelor's degree of Exercise Science from IU back in 2018. John recently started working at IROC physical therapy in September of 2022 and is excited to work in an outpatient setting to improve people's quality of life through exercise. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Caroline Cribbs
Physical Therapist Assistant

Caroline is a Physical Therapist Assistant from the University of Indianapolis, where she also received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She enjoys the variety of cases she is able to treat in the outpatient setting and takes a special interest in sports rehabilitation. Her favorite part of physical therapy is building personal connections with people and helping them get back to doing things they love! In her free time, Caroline enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outside, hiking, ultimate frisbee, and playing the guitar.

Amy Gonzalez
Licensed Massage Therapist

Amy is a licensed massage therapist and esthetician. She's been practicing esthetics since 2017 and massage therapy since 2021, bringing years of experience in both skin health and therapeutic bodywork. Her massage approach combines Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, and prenatal modifications to address each client's unique needs. Whether that's chronic pain, stress, or recovery. She believes massage helps heal through relaxation and reconnection. With her dual background she offer an integrative, grounded approach to wellness. Every session is tailored to meet you where you are, with the goal of supporting both your immediate relief and long-term well-being.

Ceci Jennings
Director of Fitness

Ceci Jennings brings over 15 years of fitness experience to IROC. She is responsible for the implementation and development of the personal training and pilates programs. Throughout her career she worked in various health clubs, universities, and most recently owned and operated her own personal training business. Cecile is an accomplished athlete, swimming competitively for 16 years. While in high school she competed at the Indiana State Championships four years in a row. Additionally, she has completed 7 marathons and multiple mini-marathons. She remains active by training for marathons and practicing yoga and pilates. Cecile earned her Bachelor’s degree from Butler University in 1990. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), is a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant (AFP), and is IMX Pilates floor and reformer certified. Ceci spends her spare time being Super-Aunt to her 16 nieces and nephews

Emma Ross
Certified Personal Trainers

Emma is a graduate of Butler University, Emma is a certified personal trainer with over five years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. Specializing in both individual and group training, she is passionate about helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through dynamic, results-driven workouts. In addition to one-on-one training, Emma also leads high-energy group fitness classes, fostering a supportive and motivating environment for participants of all fitness levels.

Lucy Tubbs
Physical Therapist Assistant

Lucy was born in Lebanon, and just graduated from the University of Cincinnati. She began working at IROC Physical Therapy in June 2024. She's always had a passion for helping others-something she gets to do every day by connecting with patients at IROC. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, coaching volleyball, and staying active through exercise.
